Adventurous, Silver Lake, Destination Shoot

Destination shoots are always super fun and this adventure themed photo session was exactly that. Madison, Avery, Corina and I headed up to Silver Lake, California for a candid photo shoot, featuring the beautiful scenery Silver Lake had to offer. It was the perfect location for our adventure themed photo session, and matched amazingly with Madison's hand painted signs, and our hand picked props. Located in the High Sierra Mountains, the lake is surrounded by stunning meadows, with beautiful greenery and wild flowers, and interesting rock formations. It was easy for the girls to channel their inner explorers. They were up for anything and ready for the hike.

Each girl was styled in their own adventure look, encompassing their personal style, while still coming together cohesively. Madison's purple, plaid, top and rustic guitar conveyed her artistic side, interacting with the scenery to give a tranquil feel. Avery's grey beanie and striped grey hoodie showed off her fun, and laid-back personality. She looked at peace in the bed of wild flowers and suited a vintage camera perfectly. Cool, curious and calm, Corina's army green jacket and binoculars made her look at home in the outdoors of Silver Lake, California. These girls looked gorgeous and venturesome!!  

Apart of the MCP model team, these girls are super unique and bring their own flare to each shot. However, during this destination shoot, they really let their friendship shine. The girls were full of laughs and their chemistry showed through each shot. The candidness of the girl's close friendship made the photo shoot super exciting and successful. They continuously played off each other's energy, truly bringing out the adventurous feel overall. Along with booty bumps, hysterical, laughing madness, and mosquitoes, there were lasting memories. We survived a mosquito attack without bug spray, got some sun and fresh air, and we ALL had a blast.
